I was contacted by the HR rep and was interviewed by the CEO the following week. It appeared that the CEO was unaware I had an interview and subsequently the interview was nearly an hour late. The interview itself was pleasant however I was ghosted immediately afterward which is disgraceful behavior from a service that is meant to support vulnerable people.
