The interview process was pretty simple. I applied via email, I then called to verify it was recieved, the manager then set up an interview, I went to the interview and thought I did very well. I had company knowledge and stats and this made the interview very easy! I was contacted a couple days later to start the same day! Got connected with my team leader who had me shadow another employee for a couple of hours. It was a Friday evening and one of the companies busiest period. I remember wanting to get on the phone to help through the rush. The team leader was pretty convinced that I am not ready as no previous employee was able to adapt this quickly! Needles to say, to everyone's surprise, I was infallible!!! Lol, I totally rocked thanks to my attention to detail, and quick learner skill!
