Met with mid level manager. Applied on craigslist, then recieved phone call. Went to club, filled out application and paperwork on background, discussed my customer service/waitstaff background and essentially got it. We then were shown obligatory videos on sexual harrassment etc. Just have customer service experience, with fine dining being a plus
