HR schedule the initial call with Senior Recruiter and then schedule the technical interview call over UberConference with technical team from US office. After getting through that round, I was invited for F2F interview at Bangalore office. There were 3 rounds of interview and i really appreciate the way how interviewers interacted and conducted the interview as they were equally involved. I did perfectly well in all the rounds except 1st one where I could not code and executed the problem completely. The only problem with the interview process is that they do not provide the feedback to the candidate after result and they feel proud of this rubbish rule/process.
