First i was told my profile is exactly what they are looking for that they were thrilled I applied, but that for that particular role they moved internally, but hr told me they would keep in touch for new roles and that i should 100% keep applying. except that once you apply their AI system automatically sends you a rejection message right after the thank you for applying one. So once another position was open that fits my profile i sent out a message to the RH representative, only to be ghosted. therefore they are not transparent upon their processes.

Interview was done on video, which was actually fun. And I must say that it was averagely okay and I wish all best of luck. Please ensure you prepare well for the interview
