Interview
Spoke with a recruiter, then had a video interview with the hiring manager, then a video interview with 2 other managers on the team. The two managers said I did really well and would be moving on to the next round which would've been a video interview with the hiring manager and director but I never heard back from the recruiter afterwards. I sent multiple emails asking for the interviewers email addresses and never heard back and also sent a follow up about my candidacy and never heard back. Very disappointing process.

I had a total of 2 rounds. It was smooth and easy and overall had a good experience. The interviewers and HR were friendly. Overall had a good experience. and the company culture is also good but pay is less

Communication with recruiter in the beginning was great with quick feedback and follow up. After the last interview, she did a follow up to drag me along and keep me waiting. Eventually ghosted.
A rejection email would suffice after a 2 month plus process.

The hiring process takes a long time. Even though you know you have the role, the paperwork takes along time to complete. It took 5 months after interview before I was actually onsite at the location.
