Initial behavior talent assessment on pymetrics which involved a series of games. The interview was based on hirevue, i was given a question and between 30-60s to prepare, after which the recording would begin and i had 1 -2 mins to answer the questions. There was also an analysis and review section where different sources of data were provided and candidates had to form an argument and explain their reasoning
