It's a pity that Glassdoor don't allow you to assign zero or negative ratings, as Diageo's talent acquisition team are beyond salvation. Different employees of their ta organisation don't seem to speak to each other, so you get contacted by several people regarding the same role. Once they understand that they can't afford your compensation package (apparently Diageo are not too generous), you don't get any structured communication. Some random person would be sending you a one-line e-mail. Clearly, I will never apply to any Diageo role. And I will actively dissuade others from doing that.
