I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Diageo (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
interviewed twice, separated by 2 years, was called by a recruiter to interview the next day with HR out of Ontario. Both interviews on a Saturday morning by a completely disinterested HR person. Both times the person getting the role was already hired (internally) but was told I wasn't the "right fit" instead of being told the position was filled internally. I spoke with sales people who were incredulous that I was told I wasn't the "right fit". If I wasn't the right fit why interview me two years later. The HR person was completely unprofessional and doesn't understand the beverage industry is very small, we all talk. Be Honest, now I actively sell against Diageo brands due to the disrespect.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Diageo in Sept 2021
Interview
Muchos casos prácticos. Duró aproximadamente una hora y se enfocaron mucho en supuestos. Bastante amena y trato muy cercano. Ejemplo: ¿qué harías si uno de los bares donde has invertido cierra a mitad de temporada?
