Casual chat with the director followed by a panel with 3 other exexs. Wasn’t that intimidating. But make sure you know your industry knowledge so that you’re prepared for the impromptu case study.

Interview
I had a one-hour virtual interview with both the hiring manager and an HR representative. The majority of the questions were competency-based, aimed at assessing my skills and experiences in relation to the role. They focused on how I’ve handled specific situations in the past, my problem-solving abilities, and my capacity to work under pressure.
The interviewers wanted to understand my approach to teamwork, communication, and leadership. Overall, it was structured to evaluate how well my competencies align with the company’s expectations.
