Applied online and received email to schedule a phone screen. Phone Interview with Head of Talent, Lisa lasted about 30 minutes. She asked about my HR and Talent experience. Never heard back from Lisa despite having 5 yrs exp in HR/Recruiting. I am guessing the salary request was beyond their budget.
