Casual interview with store manager, offered job on the spot. Pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Job was entry level so the bulk was personality and culture fit questons.

Question 1
What are your interests? Why are you looking to work here? Have you worked in restaurants before?
Interview was fast and somewhat informative. Basically asked all the standard interview questions, one would expect at a job interview. Talked about availability, dress code, duties and the amount of hours and transportation.
Two interviews were required. I had an interview with a manager on Friday, and an interview with another manager on Sunday. It was pretty simple - typical interview questions and an opportunity to ask questions of the managers, as well as taking your hours you're available to work.
