Personality and ability tests were requiered before the personal interview where the gave a brief introduction of the company, explained the position and you presented yourself as a candidate, your interests and it was followed by personality questions

Had the interview in their main office in Oslo. Got a rough overview of the company they where hiring for, but they where not fully prepared for all the questions regarding the job. Asked questions regarding some technical skills, but main focus was around me as a person.
