Sent me a job description. I was not fully qualified. Had a "casual" zoom interview after signing an RTR. They wanted 2 years worth of W2's and pay stubs. Told them no, I would not submit that information unless a job was offered and I was not keen on that. They kept insisting, interviewer even rolled their eye when I refused. You do not ask for this information until after interview and job offered is proffered. Would not tell me who would be performing the background check.
