Screening call to final round panel with manager and engineer. Both were extremely nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. However I tagged the process as neutral since the recruiter’s communication habits were quite disrespectful. I would be ghosted or left unanswered for long periods of time by them when the issue didn’t really concern or benefit them. (Ex. Ghosted when asking about interview process details and after I gave them my final offer decision). They responded to questions quickly when waiting for my offer response as it seemed they really wanted me to accept the offer. I ended up turning down the offer.
