I applied for the vacancy trough an online platform www.jobs.bg and soon after that I received an invitation for an interview.The first person i met with was the shift manager of the nursery and garden center who showed me around. After the tour i was invited to the office building where I met with the company's landscape architect who gave me information about the job and the opportunities for progress in the company. I was also offered the position of landscape technician should i decide to go trough a training course in march this year.
The live interview seemed more like an introduction to the company and it's activities rather than an interview. I believe the phone interview had more effect on my employment.
