sent application; got interviewed, very low-key, nice people, relaxed questioning about my experience and what i wanted out of the experience. didn't hear anything for a few weeks though afterwards, a lot of waiting to get a negative response. they sent a writing test a few weeks later though and then eventually rejected me.

Interview
First you have to apply for the associates program by sending a resume and cover letter. If you make it past the initial screening then you get an email back setting up an interview. I was told if you make it to the second round you are sent a mock assignment to complete to test creative skill.
