Organised, efficient, I spoke more than DDI interviewer did. Felt like they really wanted to get to know me. The process included: phone screening, interview with potential manager, interview with 1-2 other stakeholders, and some online tests to do with personality. The final stage was completing an assessment centre day where I was put into that role for 6 hours and responded like I would if I was managing that portfolio and making those account decisions. Like a fun game or simulation! DDI gave me all the results from my interview process in the first week with a special feedback session - very open with the data.
