Interview
I had an initial assessment interview after the initial contact via DM on LinkedIn. Right from the start, I noticed several red flags that left me questioning the interviewer's professionalism.
The interviewer initially requested my resume through a LinkedIn private message. However, during the interview, I was asked about skills and technologies that were already listed on my resume, which indicated to me that the interviewer hadn’t even read it. At one point, the interviewer even forgot that they had asked for my resume and asked me mid-interview if I had sent it, which I confirmed. After that, they then took the time to open it only after that, further giving me the impression of being very disorganized.
To top it all off, a second technical interview was scheduled but then it got canceled just 20 minutes before it was set to begin, without offering any explanation or rescheduling details. After that, I didn’t receive any follow-up communication or updates, leaving me completely disregarded.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. It was a complete waste of time and a reflection of poor organization within the company. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend pursuing an opportunity with this company.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Developers.Net (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2024
Interview
The first interview with the recruiter was ok, the recruiter asked a lot of questions about how many years of experience in many things, unnecessary, because it's all on my resume.
The second interview was technical, few questions about C# and Javascript, SQL etc. Nothing that difficult, but I'm a BE developer, so I faced some problems answering some FE questions.
