The interview process was very long and unrewarding. There were many pauses between different interviews and it seems like the processes were unaligned. After applying to a German office, I was first greeted by an English-speaking HR representative, after passing the automated quiz. After that talk, I was talking to German HR, seemingly with little progress, explaining my CV yet again, as if there was no information exchanged between departments. Then, after many weeks of waiting, I finally talked to representatives from the consulting department. Again, I had to deal with the same questions that HR asked, there is a lack of coordination and a redundant experience for the applicant. I had multiple in-depth interviews with consultants then, some focusing on Fit, some on case studies. The atmosphere was very cold and rigid, a bit old-fashioned.
