Was invited to a first round interview. Interviewed by two junior analysts. It was all competency based with all the usual standard questions:
Why do you want to work in investment banking?
Why Deutsche Bank?
What recent events have taken your interest?
Can you name any recent deals Deutsche Bank has been involved in?

Interview
The first round is a 30 min technical interview pretty straight forward all the basics not many follow up questions. They left about 5 min at end for your questions so be prepared for that and to have a conversation
Quite clear and networking-heavy. Their technical and personal interviews were quite standard for the industry, with questions about previous experience, industry knowledge, and investment background. Be sure to prepare with some knowledge about banks and the overall industry!

It was quite tough, all conducted in korean and barely English. the interview requires a lot of technical hands on skillset testing . Must know how to read korean financial statements
