3 interviews with different levels of management. 1ST Interview was with the hiring manager - this was competency based, relatively easy if you can provide relevant examples 2nd interview with the client - conversational and seeing if you are the right fit and 3rd with HR.

Interview
The whole process is tiring and lengthy. It can be cumbersome to get through in case someone loses their patience levels. HR is pathetic in this process. One needs to be open to all sorts of questions not limited to technical only.

Day of 8-10 interviews across departments. Sat in a conference room and people came to talk with me. If you don't know how to handle this if an interviewer asks how it's (the interviews) are going say great - they are scared of saying the opposite about you to everyone else.
