I first have a short call with a manager to talk about the position and my experience.
A couple days later had the first technical interview (a code challenge). Then the day after I have a second technical interview about systems design. Finally had a call with the head of software to talk about the company mission and roadmap, and more about my experience.

Interview
Phone call with a director. Very hasty. Talked about the company, glossed over my experience. Then I had an in person interview with a manager who kind of tossed my resume aside and showed me around the building. Very straightforward experience. Not challenging.

HR interview
And then a technical interview of 1 hour with a frontend code challenge.
It was very hard to work in it since the recruiter wouldn't stop asking strong technical questions that made you stop doing the challenge.
Hard to know which was the priority, the challenge, or the questions?
