None really, she just made you start working and gave you typing and excel tests. The excel tests were tricky, I had to prepare marketing information based on hotels, so she was testing me to see if I could handle the work there and how good my excel skills were.

Just tests she gave, no questions. Excel tests, and casually asked me about myself. But again no interview questions were asked. She acknowledged that my experience was good working at a hospital with animals and thought I would be working with people and doing marketing.

Met at local cafe, she called me in for a time within a week of me applying to her company online, I spoke with Teresa over the phone before coming in for interview

Honestly, more companies should have this process - you're simply asked to live a day in the life of the job and both employee and employer can see how you do in the environment. The actual day stretched to 9 hours, and was a very challenging experience that prepared me for the actual daily rigors of the job.
