I applied online. I interviewed at Destination DC in Oct 2019
Interview
Several interviews and a meeting with the team I would be working with. It was all pleasant and directed towards getting to know me more than testing my abilities. Overall a pleasant experience, although the process was longer than expected.

Question 1
How do you picture a typical day in this job to be like?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Destination DC (Washington, DC)
Interview
It was very pleasant. Staff were nice, questions were fairly standard. It really is in your best interest to do a little homework on the organization and what they're trying to do. They let you know ahead of time who you're going to meet with so that's always great. There is an online assessment and a writing test.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Destination DC (Washington, DC) in Oct 2014
Interview
I met with the individual I would be working with twice. The first meeting was only with my potential boss. The second interview was with my potential boss and other members of the leadership. I had to follow up with HR to hear anything, but about two months after the initial interview, I was approached with a job offer. They then wanted me to start quickly.
