The interview was done remotely and it felt pretty good, a decent conversation about the design work and the team. Everything seemed fairly straightforward and positive. Had a good time chatting with the team.
There are couple rounds of interview, it is quite smooth and I just presented my portfolio to them. Questions are related to the job role and my experiences. Interviews are friendly and gave positive feedback after the interviews.
The in house recruiters advised on the format for the interview and asked that I come prepared with a presentation 3 work examples. However, the interview format on the day was a quick fire interview with questions on career goals, past experience, personal goals, behavioural questions. The interview also reviewed some highlights from my CV and I was asked a few unprofessional questions regarding previous work places.
