A three-step interview process with a phone screen starter with a recruiter. I had a virtual interview with leadership and a marketing team member. Then I had an in-person interview with only leadership. And finally I had a technical assessment on my InDesign skills.

Phone interview with HR recruiter first, then asked back for THREE in person interviews. The whole process took a month and a half before they made me an offer. This was kind of ridiculous because I lived out of town at the time and had to drive 2.5 hrs each way.
