Interview
During the interview process, we answered personality and behavioral questions in live and virtual sessions with the company's manager or CEO. We also had to solve a practical case study, simulating our assigned role.
My task involved designing and presenting an attractive website for the company, addressing specifications and solutions. We had 24-72 hours to complete the case.
Additional meetings were scheduled to present our proposals, and based on our performance and achievements, the company decided whether to offer us the position.
