The Hiring process included two interviews and one technical exercise. First interview was like a conversation, although they did have a series of questions to guide the interview. The interview had some personality related questions. The second stage was a technical exercise followed by a technical interview. Overall was a well structured process.

They send a technical exercise to do then they choose engineers to do an interview after that then the choose for overall performance i.e both the interview and the technical exercise
