Design Coordinates interview questions

Fast and Professional. I have been interviewed 4 times. initial, technical with the section Head, Final with the PM then the HR head for the salary negotiation. They have been very accommodating.

The HR will conduct an initial interview and shortlists the qualified candidates. After that, the Project Director will conduct the second interview. Lastly, a panel interview with the project owner's representative and the Consultant's representative. They will decide whether to hire you or not. If it's a yes; the Project Director gives the job offer.
