Pretty straight forward. They called to schedule interview. Had to provide letter of recommendation at some point. In person questions were standard “tell us about yourself” “why do you want to work here”

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Desert Winds Hospital (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2023
Interview
I applied online and got an email the next day asking to come in for an interview. After the interview, I got a call from another employee to set up a second interview with the CEO. But I got a call 30 minutes before my interview saying the CEO had an emergency and they would call later to reschedule. I got an email a few hours later saying they would not be moving forward with my application as they wanted someone with experience in a hospital setting. So unprofessional.
