Desert Tech interview questions

Meeting with would be direct supervisor and their supervisor. Met in the front conference room, standard panel interview followed by a tour of the facility. Received a phone call within a week of the interview.

Desert Tech sounded like a wonderful place to work with many ways to advance within the company. The pay that was advertised was acceptable, as were the promised working conditions. A phone follow up described how entering a "ground floor" scenario will lend to much advancement with a booming growth corporation, and a huge increase in pay.
