Easy simple quick and efficient. They set it up by reaching through email and then calling me to set up a date and time. Arrived and sat down for an hour to talk and that was the rest of the interview.

Easy but they are not willing to negotiate on pay rate and they always changed the subject when discussing pay rate and seem to ask the same question throughout the interview
