Easy interview, they ask you about personal things such as what you admire about your father and mother and why, as well as all the givens like what is a problem you faced and how did you solve it. Also ask what part of a bicycle you like best in a business sense and why. Very friendly interviewer, expects more of a two-way conversation than a one-way interview.
