The interview process was more of a conversation with one of the principal architects. I came with work samples (in my case it was writing). The interview was very casual and pleasant.

Kathy mainly lead the interview and it was in depth and well informed. She was very clear about the responsibilities involved with the position. She had a very firm but positive character and the interview was very professional but friendly and conversed.
