Very unprofessional application process! Applied on website, got confirmation email, and that was it! Emailed HR contact person after 6 weeks of hearing nothing, never got a reply. Two weeks later, log into their job portal to see the job is filled. Never heard from HR person, not even to say the position was filled. If DMACC wants to attract qualified professionals, their HR unit really has to up their game! They may have had a lot of applicants, but it's common decency to at least thank people for applying.
