I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dermalogica (Leatherhead, England) in Jan 2013
Interview
Asked previous experience discussed role of the job and give examples of what I could bring to the role itself . Interview was not too long and good not intimidating . Was explained what the role involved pay, expectations , bonuses which were good in the beginning before it's recently changed . Was held locally at their head office, overall a good experience
Had 4 different interviews with the executive team. First was with HR. Then the sales manager, sales director and then HR again. It was pretty straightforward. They were great about the folllow up and the hiring process was easy and pushed along fairly quick.
Consisted of a recorded video questionnaire, then an interview with the manager and then a final interview with your manager's superior. The overall process was planned out pretty well and they were very professional
