The process is a multi-step one, ultimately culminating in a panel interview, background check and skills assessment. All communication was professional and frequent during the process and it really felt like advancing towards a hire with each step.
The panel interview was a broad spectrum of HR, Management, and similarly weighted employees and was around an hour and some change in length.
I would say the panel knew the answers to the questions they had and it was more of a one-on-five chance to meet me and see if I'd be a good fit.
