Interview
They had 45 of us in a chaotic group interview starting with some get to know you games and then finding pairs to ask about why we applied and what we thought about theatre.
It was hard to see how they could get an accurate read on anyone of the candidates with there being so many of us
The interview process was very good. A tour followed by a panel interview from multiple members of the front of house management. This was following a written application from the website and the interview was the final stage.

Interview
I had three people on the interview panel. The questions were printed out and were sent to me prior to the interview. All three interviewers was kind and great listeners. I felt really respected in the interview.
