I applied online. I interviewed at Department for Work And Pensions in Jan 2024
Interview
Not the best was interviewed by two people. The interview lasted 15 minutes, I was told they were going to ask me 5 questions and it would last 30 minutes but it didn’t last that long. Racism and she made her mind up from the get go. Didn’t appear friendly and didn’t seem engaged with the interview. Just wasted my time I will not apply to this area again. Will apply to another location. They didn’t ask me any of the usual Dwp questions either they were awful and the other lady was pretending to write. I had to decline my application in the end I didn’t get welcoming vibes at all.

Interview
Pre recorded interview went well. First question was a practice to ease you and keep you calm and focused.
The instructions were clear and the time was suitable.
I had plenty of time inbetween to prep what I was going to say and that helped alot.
