Department for Business and Trade interview questions

It was a great experience. We went through behaviours and strengths in line with Civil Service guidelines. I was able to ask any questions I had and the interviewers were polite and friendly.

Two stage process. The first stage is the application and then the second stage involved some experience based questions and some quick fire behaviour questions. Experience questions were checking that personal criteria, success criteria and behaviours they are assessing are met.
