There were initial recruiter interviews, and then a multi-round interview process with other C-suite executives. The job description was not final, and the remit for the job set this position up to be a "knives out" situation. I was told by my interviewees at every stage I was recommended to move to the next stage, including the last two that I had, but then the recruiter came back and said they had changed their mind without explanation.
The interview process was so quick and the interviews did not asked the irrelevant questiins and spent time all the questions were on spot and they had a clear idea on what kind of candisate they were looking for
