2 interviews. They don't really care about you. They were all over the place when asking questions. People in other countries who joined seemed very lazy. By the looks of it they lack leadership.

Interview
The initial organisation of the interview was quick and efficient. The interview was a video call from Calgary with HR which was quite daunting as you could see yourself on one screen and the HR consultant on the other and was very distracting.
The consultant then proceeded to read through questions off a sheet that she held in front of her as if on autopilot which made the interview very uncomfortable.
