Dentally interview questions

After an Initial call with an External Recruiter there were Online psychometric tests to complete. After these there was another screening call with an Internal Recruiter. After passing through this phase there was a longer interview with the Head of Engineering to explore skills/background/motivation. There was then a take home Coding Challenge (with a request to cap it at 3-4 hours time). Finally I was invited to a final round interview. Despite following up multiple times to confirm a date, the internal Dentally team did not respond or acknowledge. After another week the external recruiter informed me a final interview would not go ahead. I received no feedback as to why this was or my suitability for the role.
