The whole process was pretty simple. I applied via a job listing board, and was invited to interview a couple of weeks later. I was called within a week of the interview with an offer. The interview itself was pretty low-key. Not intimidating or anything.The questions were fairly general. I got the impression they were considering my personality in the workplace since I had already provided work examples they were familiar with.
