Denihan interview questions

Came in for a standard interview. Asked back the following week to facilitate a mock session. Recruiter followed me out to say how well I did. I didn't hear anything so followed up the next week. The recruiter told me I was their #1 candidate but they just needed to interview an internal candidate, but that he would call me when they knew more. After no call for a week I emailed. No response. I called and got a voicemail back saying I was their best candidate and to keep waiting. They never called me back
