Désorganisation totale et non alignement des directives de recrutement entre la directiont et les RH.
J'ai eu la mauvaise expérience de consacrer du temps et de l'énergie pour des promesses verbales faites par l'équipe RH qui n'auront jamais été tenues.
J'ai conscience qu'une start-up doit faire face à de nombreux défis organisationnel et qu'il était délicat pour cette jeune entreprise au moment ou j'ai postulé de proposer un processus de recrutement qualitatif.
Cependant, avec ou sans processes mis en place, cela n'excuse en rien la néglicgeance dont ils ont fait preuve à mon égard.
Demodesk dans un soucis d'image devrait travailler à soigner son comportement avec ces candidats et potentiels futurs salariés.

4 interview steps all remote, with a case study and roleplay.
The final stage was a 30 minutes interview with the CEO with an offer a few days after.
Overall, very pleasant process with good communication and almost immediate feedback on where you stand.

3 Interview with the recruiter again + VP of Sales, to go over your assignment and do a mock call - which there was no notice off.
Sadly that's where my process came to an end. Also, communication is great until you are no longer in the process. Once you are rejected, you receive a generic reply from their ATS system and no further feedback as to why you didn't progress. I can understand that happening after applying but not when you get to the 3rd stage and above. Shocking treatment. I sincerely hope the recruiter doesn't receive the same experience when applying for future jobs. My
However, I did reach out to the VP of Sales on Linkedin who was extremely nice and provided me with some feedback.
