My interviewer was very kind and for all the none techincal questions I felt that we had a good connection/conversation. I just wasn't prepared for the technical portion as I thought it was a more informal conversation rather than a full on interview but that's my own fault not the interviewers.

Extremely rigorous. 1 week take home project in language of choice with complete space + runtime complexity analysis afterward, challenging multi-hour technical interview with design/collaboration and live coding challenge. At least 2-round, extremely high standards and hyper competitive.

Zoom interview with the head of design. Set up using a booking system. I entered my availability at a mutual time. They called me and we spoke via Zoom about their company first, then my background as a designer.
