Interview process was easy. Did the interview at the Detail shop with the manager. Pretty straight forward. No negotiating pay or commission. Great paying job for a high schooler, college student, or someone looking for a 2nd source of income.

Easy and laid back. Manager was nice and asked great questions. They seemed like they cared about you. Made it clear that it’s on you to advance into higher positions
