After applying to the job, received a detailed questionnaire from a recruiter that had few MCQ and yes/no type questions asking about my direct work experience or familiarity with certain tools and skillsets. It also had 3/4 short questions about my past experiences related to the JD. I submitted the form with my answers and the next day recruiter scheduled an interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager interview was 30 minutes video call on teams talking about my current and past experiences and how they are aligned with their job position. The interview was very comprehensive and conversational.
